What’s the deal with Capco? What are the similarities and differences between Capco and Big 4 in terms of pay, types of work, and culture?

Forget consultant dating apps, how hard would it be for the Big 4 and Accenture to figure out an app to figure out salaries at their own firms?

Did the math. After accounting for non-billable travel and 80hr work weeks I'm making $13.25/hr. This whole $15.00 minimum wage argument never made it up the pipeline to big 4 leadership

Has anyone here actually had the time to study for the CPA exams while working? If so, how did you do it? It seems like working at the big 4 you don't have any time to study, let alone breathe.

The day I realized I made more hourly in high school, working at a gas station, than I do at a big 4 firm was a very sad day.

Is it just me, or does big 4 work more weekends than ACN...seems that accounting culture spills over. I've never had a manager ask for my weekend availability nor heard of it happening
