What’s the easiest Oracle cert? I have experience as a PTP lead and RTR lead

I have four offers listed below.
1. PwC: 22 fixed +3 lakh variable Role: Senior Consultant in tech consulting
2. Adobe: Fixed 23 + 2.5 lakh variable + 3 lakh joining bonus: Role: Value Consultant
3. Natwest group: fixed 25.5 Fixed Role: BA
4. SHELL: 21 fixed + 3 lakh variable Role: Product Analyst

Please help me choose the company. The parameters I'm looking for are good work life balance and growth opportunities.
Current CTC 18 fixed. YOE is 4 years. MBA from Tier 1 college.

Ex GTer, Current IB here. I got into Booth and Kellogg’s MBA programs. If my goal is to pivot to PE in 2-3yrs, which school should I choose and why?

My wife is looking for a change. She has got PhD in Finance and her primary experience is teaching in a MBA college.

Which companies give preference to candidates holding PhD and which all profiles she can target?

Any leads would be really helpful.

AWS -> 5 month project experience (Studied for Solutions Architect Certification though couldn't clear exam in 1st attempt)
Unix Shell Scripting -> 2.5 year experience (Tech Support) (Stayed longer than expected)
Python-> Good Understanding --> Self project Basic Java & android-> Good Understanding -> Salaried College Internship

It looks like I’m going to go 0/3 on my MBB apps :( Where are the next best consulting firms to go to assuming that my primary goals in no particular order are MBA placement, compensation, project/industry variety, and ability to be promoted quickly?

Accepted into H/S/W deferred MBA program and currently work in T2 strategy doing PE CDDs (S&, EY-P, S&O). Went to non-target UG with high GPA and good ECs.

Hi everybody - I just enrolled in a T25 MBA program and am looking to pivot into corporate finance upon completion of my MBA. Does anybody know of any good companies that offer entry level Financial Analyst development programs to people who don’t have an undergrad background in that, but are in MBA programs? I see so many for undergrad business/finance/econ majors, but not a ton for MBA candidates.

As an analyst, how early should I expect to get to do modelling?
I started a couple months ago and feels like everyone else (MBA associates, experienced analysts) is asked to do the modelling and I haven't been.
I lightly mentioned they don't need to hesitate to give me modelling pieces so I can learn but haven't touched anything yet.
I also get that with a time crunch, it's easier this way.
I'm worried this is a sign they don't trust me and I never will get to do any modelling/will be let go.

Coming to the constructors, it's seriously impressive Mercedes was able to pull it off again after being so far off in testing. One interesting tidbit that came out this week- Mercedes didn't use ANY tokens this year. It's been basically confirmed they had a huge upgrade for a new nose on the car, but it failed FIA crash tests and the team was left scrambling. Massive credit to them for winning in a year where it seemed they wouldn't have the pace.

I want to go to India to get the visa stamp, employer is the same as my previous h1b. I was promoted to manager so my title has changed now. Can I still get a visa stamp through bropbox ? If yes then, does the executive order that will expire if 3/31 applies in my case ?

Planning to buy a condo with my brother (both have other primary residences) and need to figure out the best way to set it up - $280k price and plan is to co-sign the loan and put 20% down & both own the remaining loan. Our rate should be low bc debt is pretty cheap. Should we set this up under some kind of org structure? If we share the loan do we each get to take 50% of its interest in a tax deduction?

MBB em level role vs. director level tech (non FAANG) exit? Coming from b4, roughly 10 yoe. I know it’s probably a personal preference thing but hoping to get opinions here. Tech role is $190k base plus a 30% target bonus. MBB role i got a verbal offer without a comp figure yet but my understanding is it’s around there, maybe 10-20% higher (or maybe much higher depending on bonus).

Didn’t fully expect to get the MBB offer honestly, but both beat my 180/198 b4 comp. Now i’m torn.
