They mentioned they have a 70/30 comp split and commission is uncapped. Also, can somebody explain me how these commissions are distributed. I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
