Go to B4. ATK is struggling to grow and compete with MBB. We have a few wins here and there against Mck and BCG but are never the house consultants. We get left overs. B4 especially Accenture and Deloitte are well diversified and if your goals is to progress to a partner rank, you will be better off there.
I think it depends on what you want long term. If your goal is to work on interesting projects for 2-3 years then exit, 100% choose ATK. I work at ACN Strat and like it but the ATK brand is superior
If you ever leave the US to work, you’d realize that B4 consulting is only a thing there. In most other countries, they are purely seen as accounting firms with small consulting arms. Would go with T2 100%, for project pipeline, pay, prestige, exit opps.
Not the case in the Nordics. The gap between MBB and B4 is definitely wider compared to the US, but the other T2 are forgettably small if present at all.
Kearney OW LEK unless it's parthenon/S&/monitor

For Strategy Consulting, that’s true. But that’s maybe 1% or consulting jobs out there. We don’t have the Monitor brand anymore.

Depends on what you want to do. More to life than strategy consulting
Lol^. It’s an analyst. I’m an Associate who is not planning on staying until Partner (like most people). If that’s you, definitely Tier 2. Especially if you want to go the MBA route it’s a no brainer.
You have a unique opportunity to jump to your choice among 7 different firms? Damn dude. Hook us all up with your recruiter.
LEK is not T2.
U may be right OW, but in my experience. I’ve never seen a client choose OW, etc consistently over Big 4 (keeping in mind they all have strategy practices for those type of engagements). This is a US perspective.
Would be interested to see average bill rates between the practices. That would be a fair metric to judge prestige and trust on.
Imagine a ceo says, we need a full proof plan for XYZ. They are gunna start with MBB if they can afford it. Then they are gunna go to tier 2 listed above.
It’s not fair to compare the cost side of the company(consultant salary), as this does not always directly correlate with value
