Has anyone moved from a big 4 strategy and transactions role to MBB strategy? If anyone has advice on how to make the jump at a manager level - any advice would be appreciated.
Are there any skills or certifications that would matter as a manager, if we're applying to MBB?
McKinsey & Company , Boston Consulting Group , Bain & Company or other boutique strategy firms

Hello. New to the group
From what I have heard, no coding but one system design type of question and one round where u give presentation for a case study
I just went through the CE interview process. I didn't get an offer but process is as follows:
Screening call w recruiter (quiz is given, need 70% to move forward)
*Optional Googler connect interview
GCA and RRK back to back interviews (pretty difficult. Plenty of content online to help u prep)
Googleyness & leadership and presentation interviews back to back
That's the process. Hope that helps!
The GCA (general cognitive ability) is basically a test to see how you evaluate problems from a logical standpoint. "For example, take a time you where there was a challenging problem that you didn't have the solution for. Explain what you did."
RRK (role related knowledge) is a technical assessment to dive into the depth of your knowledge about whatever GCP path you're on. You really need to be able to demonstrate you know the concepts not just at a high level, but at a deeper level and can thoroughly explain the technology.
There's alot of resources online available to study for both the GCA and RRK, including previous interview questions (Check out Glassdoor).
