What’s the interview process for Mgr/Sr. Managers at other consulting firms? Do Managers/Senior Managers get case questions similar to Assoc. interview process or is it about experience, fit, etc.?

Context: Graduated in 2019 (Finance), 2 years at EY as a business consultant on mix of pmo projects and tech projects where I was developer (data vis, power platform, sql, vba, data analysis etc.). Joined Google on a 6 month contract as a data analyst.

Should I be applying for product analyst roles? Should I apply for strategy consulting? Could I go straight for prod mgmt roles?

What companies in India only take about 2-3 rounds of interview? Which companies have the quickest interviewing process in India?

(Especially for Data analyst / Data science roles)

Working in a large health system as a quality professional WFH. I rarely see anyone else on my team, and when I do present findings I see no changes happening.
