Hi everyone! I am working with my HR to improve our maternity/paternity leave policy. Currently I only get 2 weeks fully paid and then an additional 8-12 weeks at 60% pay (short term disability). How many leave are available in unilever bangalore? Does no of leave depend on position also?

I have couple of questions on leave policy.
1) do leaves get sandwiched? If i take friday and following monday then its 2 days or 4days?
2) if i do not have PL balance ( as joined mid year) in my bag can i still take those vacations and adjust with any other leave or may be adjust in the next year leave balance? I have 7 PLs and want 10-12 days as PLs.

Question for career/long-term clerks. Do your courts have parental leave policies? Mine doesn’t have a policy. Curious what others have or don’t have. This is not including FMLA. I mean something separate from that.

Anyone here in EY USA and can point me to the maternity policy? I can only find Canadian or UK versions ok the policy site!

Hi everyone. I was given a verbal offer after some negotiation and I’m comfortable with the salary. There was no real discussion about anything other than salary. When the written offer arrives, have you had any success negotiating PTO, health insurance, retirement ect.? Thanks!

What measures has your company taken to minimize losses due to covid?

We were forced to take 6 days leave in April (bovenwettelijk) which was kind of a weird move. I don’t think our bonuses are getting cut this year so if it’s my bonus or 6 days leave I’d gladly take the latter.

Is it difficult to get from 6month probation period to confirmation in Accenture ? Are you allowed to take leave during Probation period?

2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
