This isn’t a “products” answer, but one round of PRP Microneedling has done more for my skin then any of the fancy products I’ve tried. After my experience, I would rather spend my money on a couple PRP Microneedling procedures in a year than on products!
So true! I did PRP Microneedling with Sarah-Kate Rems, NP in NYC and the results have been amazing!
Microneedling and red light therapy
Spironolactone
Peter Thomas Roth 24k gold under eye patches. Amazing for puffiness and wrinkles. Not skincare, but also microneedling - works wonders
Love my Higher Dose red light mask - highly recommend that and lymphatic drainage massage (or facial cupping, gua sha, face yoga). Lots of easy exercises you can do at home!
Yes!!! Lymphatic massage it’s so good
My suggestions are for skin that's dry rather than normal, combo, or oily. I have eczema, so, while my skin normally looks so much younger than I am when it's fine, it gets rough when I have a breakout, literally and figuratively.
For under my eyes, it'll get super dry and old-looking during the winter. I love love LOVE Mario Badescu brightening eye serum (I get it at Ulta). It's done wonders.
For post-moisturizer, I use Bio-Oil dry skin gel (cheapest I've found is from Target, but they sell it on Amazon too). You need soooo little, but it absorbs in beautifully. Despite what the name may make you think, there's no biotin in it.
Not a product, but I also plan to try microneedling at some point.
