What’s the shortest time you’ve seen someone laid-off after landing on the bench? Approaching 4 weeks and afraid I might be considered. Doing BD here and there but nothing solid in the pipeline.

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
