I have been at my job as an accountant for about 7 months. However, I have taken on some new responsibilities after my coworker left like onboarding new employees, preparing new hire bags, and doing damage claims position. I got a raise of $5,000 within my first few months. However, I was hired by a recruiter and $70,000 -$75,000 was their salary range for an accounting job. Now, my responsibilities have increased tremendously, and I should ask for a raise. How do I ask and for how much?

Got an offer from Salesforce for Director of Customer Success: base - 190k, EOY bonus - 25%, equity - 120k 4 yr vesting. Is this competitive? 10 yrs of exp, currently a mgr up for mid yr promo to Sr manager at Big 4. Wouldve gotten promoted had it not been for Covid. Current base - 175k, EOY bonus - 25%. Roughly a 14% increase if i jump to SF but expecting similar total comp with my promotion. I like my job but hrs could be slightly better as im working 50-55 hrs which isnt bad for consulting.
