Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

Had a call with my client today. Older man in his 50s. He showed up in hoody and baseball cap. Previously used to be a suit and tie guy. Times are changing. Tell your boss to get with the program

I wouldn’t wear a hat to the office for a meeting, so wouldn’t wear one at home on a Zoom meeting 🤷🏼♂️

Does your boss pay for your Internet? Did they get you some monitors? The lines are blurred now, but working from home far outweighs going to the office by 1,000 to 1 so the least I can do is look presentable. Or at least take your hat off. Not a big ask 🤷🏼♂️

Do people wear hats inside the house? That’s probably why I’d ask somebody “what’s up with the hat?” (well I’d probably say “nice hat” or more likely, nothing! but I would immediately take note that a person was wearing a hat indoors)
“Take a note the person was wearing a hat indoors”
Lol what??
Calmly ask your boss if they’d prefer it if you removed your hat.
Passive-aggressive communication is often used by folks who are a bit insecure - best to nip it in the bud with direct communication and they’ll start to catch on if they aren’t too nervous or asleep at the wheel.
Right, like who cares?
The boss doesn’t like you, and is looking for ways to belittle you and get under your skin. Looks like it worked. Update your resume and start looking.
