When are the mid year reviews scheduled for the promotion cases? My coachee is aspiring to get promoted this year and I’m trying to make sure I don’t miss the timeline for his case presented for mid year.

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary.
