When did resumes become bigger than the job? I’ll explain further. It seems today, even if you were the perfect candidate that because a lot of companies are no longer actually viewing resumes with their own actual physical eyeballs and rather are now using the ATS now it has become another layer of a game just to try to get a job when you’re already down, especially if you’ve been laid off. I now get 2 to 3 people per day reaching out to me on LinkedIn that wanna help me with my résumé. Ugh

Currently interviewing at JPMorgan in their CIB division for a associate operations role.
