You’ll always feel uncomfortable when you shift to a new position. Just remember you were promoted/hired because you were capable of doing the job not because you already do. There is such a thing as promoted too quickly, but I would identify the skills you need to have to be successful in your position and build on what you think you’re not quite doing 100%. Imposter syndrome is a bitch, don’t let it cripple you. Good luck!!
This is an industry built on failing upwards. You’ll be okay. Ask for support where you need it, seek out and nurture a mentor relationship.
Fortunately for me, this hasnt been the case in my current roles. All my career changes have only benefited my overall professional development
Like you feel like you are too inexperienced? Or you regret leaving because your old agency was better?
