When discharged from a position, does one have the right to an exit interview? I did not contact the HR department about issues with supervisor while I was still employed because I did not trust that she would not retaliate. This company does not allow retaliation, but I feel confident that she would anyway and that I wouldn't be able to prove it. She created a hostile work environment, which triggered my CPTSD. Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation.
