I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

I’m not even going to look this year and planning on sticking my hand up again in 10-12 months. In the meantime I’m off to Costa Rica.
I’m the exact same but I took a few weeks break in applying to do a major redesign of my website and getting ready to start applying again. Keep trying!
Sorry you're feeling like you're in a rut OP. Can you share more info what your job hunting process has been? Like how many jobs have you applied for in the last couple months? How often are you adjusting your resume to cater to the job requirements? If it's 100 applications per week versus 5, your mileage and success may vary.
Remote work I’m definitely interested in though it would be my second choice.
I feel you OP. It’s rough out there.
Same here. Not easy times
Look for jobs in other cities in your same time zone. We are in ZOOM land now and there’s a reasonable expectation of working remotely
What sites are u using and applying through? Are u working with recruiters?
I LinkedIn messaged two recruiters at two different agencies I was really interested in. Only heard back from one.
OP, what’s your Behance?
And I definitely am not looking for sympathy but just want to make sure I have realistic expectations
Honestly, 3-6 months.

What is your aesthetic? DM me.
I’m surprised to see a designer posting this! It’s mostly my friends in account and strategy struggling. There’s a lot of work out there right now for designers because there is more of a need for digital campaigns than ever before. I would look at what’s posted on LinkedIn and Glassdoor, as well as reach out to as many recruiting agencies as possible. Make sure your cover letters are always customized and that your website is beautifully designed and working perfectly. Be open to freelance, since that will be key to keeping you afloat, but I promise you it’s really not as bad out there for us as it is for other types of positions in advertising because we are low cost and high practical skill. Try and approach it like a 9-5 job, using half the day to apply for jobs and the other half building high demand skills (ie Motion or Cinema 4D, PRODUCT DESIGN, my friends in UI/UX companies have barely felt anything from this economic downturn because web is stronger than ever.)
