One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

I started a company just under 1 year ago. We sell a product via ecom channels and have done ~100K in revenue with a 60% gross margin.

The first 6 months I was working a full time job. I quit my job to focus on the business full time, and have since depleted my readily available capital. I’m bootstrapping the business with my own funds. I was recently offered a job in my old industry for 80K per year. I was previously making 62K.

Should I take the job?

Do you think sticking it out in BL for 8 years pays off as far as in house prospects/salary go? Or is it all kind of the same after a certain time period. I’m in privacy if that helps (all aspects-trans, regulatory, lit).

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. If I do boot camp T/Th (10 lb dumbbells, typically full body strength but occasionally emphasis on one area + hiit), what workouts should I be doing mwf? 👉Just ask for it. Really, you would be surprised. Might be easier to switch to a new company and ask. I did that 3 years into my career.

And 🛑 wasting your time at a company that under-values you severely. Sometimes switching companies every 2 years or so will allow you to keep raising the bar for yourself.
