When meeting a CD or someone higher for an interview, what are some good questions to ask?

I have my stack as a Java developer with Springboot profile for 3 YoE. I had recently joined a company and faked my resume to look like a data analytics one. My hiring manager said it looks good for Python and SQL+ETL but he wants me to do python scripting questions in the client interview which I am not much aware of. So need your help guys on how and what to prepare for client interview side.

I've completed technical and managerial round at citiustech. It went well.
I'll have my HR round probably on Monday.
On their application they've said they're accepting only upto 60 days notice period candidates. But I'm having 90 days notice period, if I tell them about this 90 days notice period now in HR round will they understand my situation and select me?
Please guide me I really want to get selected in this company and switch from my current employer.

There’s nothing like waking up to a call on August 1 from my district coordinator telling me that they want to move me from my middle school resource room SpEd position (which I love) to K-5 Setting 3 SpEd position. I told her all the reasons that won’t work for me and even gave her another idea that would require a non-licensed teacher to be moved so I could take her place at the hs. My cctc is 22 and I have 9 years of experience. Tech stack - Python, Snowflake, Azure, SQL.
I have a notice period of 90 days so I rarely get an interview. I got an offer of 24. This company is not even giving 10% of the hike on my cctc. Should I take this offer and wait for my notice period to come to 20-30 days so I can give more interviews? Or should I wait for another opportunity. Please help.

What kind of interview questions should I expect for Efficiency & Comms for a sourcer role?

I currently work at a large research institution and am in the process of getting retroactively reclassified to a new title (Long story but my PI is cheap and routinely pays ppl the bare minimum so now the Union is helping me w/ a retro reclass.) Reclass can take 2 - 6 months to process. Meanwhile, I am interviewing for industry job. If I get an industry job, what do I do if my reclass isn’t processed yet? I want the title and the money owed which may be about $15000- 20000.
