Sounds like something a self promoter would say. I wonder why🤔
Struggle pr0n... is struggle pr0n.... it’s not inspiring it’s the wrong type of corporatist nonsense... like meetings “about meetings”
This reminds me of Jughead’s “I’m weird. I’m a weirdo.” monologue from riverdale
I would cross the street to avoid anyone who described themselves as a business influencer
The job is setting up Vayner in London. That's tough because the UK market is unimpressed by newly arrived international agencies (Martin, McGarry, 360i barely have a toe-hold there) and Gary Vee would look like a clown to most British agency people and clients.
They need to hire a writer first to write this job description.
As someone who has worked at Vayner previously I’m laughing at how much their think their boosting themselves up. There was a time where Gary didn’t care about awards but now they do & just want to be shiny.
In the US they’re only famous for being a place to avoid.
Vulgar but par for the course.
Ew.
I mean it’s not that far off from most advertising comms.
It’s pretty bad...
Oh. There are posters on the wall that say “you’re going to die” and “money doesn’t matter at the end of the day.” I forget the exact poster but the gist was “work for free now so you can get paid $$$ later.” Nicer words but that’s the idea.
It’s not my employers job or prerogative to tell me that.
...
Pure speculation but my guess is UK advertising is super old school/white male. Like I can see a lot of back room deals over beers instead of a legit RFP process
UK is the exact opposite of that actually
Before i clicked to expand the image, I thought to myself , "sounds like Gary Vee ." 🤦🏼♀️😆
