When the worst intern is also an anti-masker

second-year Economics student here! I want to land an internship in capital markets for next summer but it has been really hard to be seen and ensure an offer. It is already too late? Any recs? Is anyone still recruiting for next summer?

I am an Operations Manager and trying to switch to Product Management through APM roles. I have done a 3 month fellowship and 2 projects.
I am from a tier 1 college and yet able to land only a couple of interviews and they keep me on stand by(2 companies so far). They are prefering folks with experience even for APM positions. What is the best way to bag a APM role with just one year work ex in pperations role. Will an internship help?
