To those who consistently invest in Bitcoin or other crypto, why? Genuinely curious into why you’re long term bullish about it. Debating adding it to my list of regular investments but can’t mentally justify it yet.

22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate. How do people increase their credit score? Mine’s only around 790/770 for transunion/equifax respectively and its been like that for a while now. I have 100% payment rate, only 3% credit utilization, and 0 hard inquiries for the past 6 months or so. So far I only have credit cards, no loans yet. Thanks in advanced!

I'm a foreign national with a UK work visa, normally working in London. If I end up working from home outside the UK for 80-100% of the tax year does my UK tax rate change?

Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location.
