Why can thanksgiving and Christmas be such harder days? I had a lovely day and am lucky enough that my latest bout of anxiety ended (more like mostly dissipated) about two months ago. Hi All, I'm a senior associate consultant with 5.6yrs of experiences of overall experience in Telecom Industry.
Tech stacks - 3 years in Java,
1.5 years in spring boot,
3 years in kenan billing system.

I had two recruiters today reschedule a meeting. And this is the second time rescheduling. Honesty, not sure what value recruiters bring. Is this common now? Is it hard to have respect for people’s time and their schedule? Reschedule once I can understand. But twice is just stupidity. I hope AI wipes out all bad recruiters who don’t give af. Sorry for the vent. Maybe it’s just my bad luck then.

I’m reviewing my resume getting ready to start my job search and have a question for recruiters, hiring managers. I’m looking for a role brand-side not agency side. Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? My past roles have been such that I do a lot of marketing projects, tasks etc. but I’m not a specialist. I’m worried if I use this terminology I won’t even be considered for a role. Thank you
