I’ve been using resistance bands/cables and feel like I can do 75% of the stuff as if I were at a gym. Just have to get a bit creative, but plenty of content online to help get you going. A bonus is that when this is all done, they’re pretty easy to travel with (especially when you know the hotel gym is trash).
The bands I have are individually sold (~25$ each I think), but I put them through an absolute beating. Been over a year of heavy use and they’re no worse for wear. Search for “SPRI Braided Xertube Resistance Band Exercise Cords”
Anyone looking for a challenging Kettlebell workout I recommend this once you master the basic movements:

Wow. What a fantastic video.
Is that really how dumbbells is spelled? What about smart bells?
Yes, I think my joke is funny and people who don’t get it make me lose faith in people. Nice try.
I don’t think you can anymore. I bought two of the last three 40 lb kettlebells from Walmart last week. It was either those or 60 lb.
One doesn’t “do kettlebell”. One does exercises with a kettlebell: KB swings, press variations, squat variations, Turkish getups, bent over rows, etc. One can do double arm swings, rows, presses, squats all with two KB of the same size.
Was in a similar position - I’ve been keeping it simple with a pull up bar, push-ups, and a jump rope. I just got a rower - works out 85% of your body.
A lot of locals gyms are renting out equipment too - something to look into!
Came here to say this. My local gym lent me a kettlebell and a pair of dumbbells.
Kettlebell Kings for kettlebells. A lot of places that sell dumbbells sets are now sold out or on back order.

Have you tried roguefitness?
A lot of the rogue DBs that I saw were sold out
I couldn’t find anything so I filled up a backpack with rocks and did pushups, pull-ups, and pistol squats. Hopefully will hold me over until gyms are back open
After some intense Googling I found some on this site and shipped pretty quickly too
Target still has some in stock online up to 25 lbs.
Look into a good set of bands, will get you further. Pull up bar and free weights could then come and supplement.
Thanks everyone!!
You can use cans or milk containers as weights as well. Also, fill a bag or backpack with heavy items to lift
