Visiting a friend at his parents’ house in his home country. I knew he had a sister but wow. We dated cross-border and until we got married (35 years ago). She’s still amazing!
Instagram… i started following him because he’s hot and he dm’d me because I’m hot.
Turns out he’s supportive, sweet, stable, and our values align. We’ve been together 7 months and expect to stay strong.
I AM SO EXCITED FOR YOU! I’m suuuuper glad you both found happiness..❤️🔥
Wife #1 ... best friend's sister.
Wife #2 ... my sister's best friend.
Smoking cigarettes on the law school campus.
Most lawyers I know did not meet their SO from a dating app, they met in person. Usually after law school but some during and before law school
We met at work. I walked into the office on March 8th 1994 and immediately detected a new perfume. And that was IT ... We had our 30th wedding anniversary on 25th May.
Toga party. Right after law school. She loves it when I tell people this by the way.

In a prior lifetime I was a banker. She was my coworker. I highly recommend meeting someone at work because you can learn a lot about them in that environment.
Tinder 11 years ago. Married 7. 3 kids. Not sure if I swiped or one of my girl friends did
Sounds like me and my wife. We just wanted to hang out then we haaaang out. Now we been married 3 years almost, been together 4 years. Now planning a family. Funny tinder can make one meet their soul mate and their best friend.
A wedding. One of my high school best friends married one of his college best friends and the wedding was in their college town (nowhere near where either of us lived), but we both happened to be moving to the same city (also nowhere near the wedding or either hometown) within the next 6 months. 13 years and two kids later...
My mom's brother got married to someone who lived in another state. The wedding was in the bride's hometown. Mom had never been there before, so the bride arranged for her cousin (my dad, eventually) to show her around.
Because Mom's brother married Dad's cousin, their kids are my first cousins AND my second cousins. It usually takes some explaining to convince people that I am not the product of inbreeding.
Undergrad fraternity party. Beer Olympics. People might knock it but we’ve been together 12 years.
Met on a dating app while doing bar review in the corner @ a firm event
Dating app. 🤣
The chances of meeting someone actually compatible in the wild are very very low.
The fact that you're anti app makes me think you don't photograph well. Go ask your more polished/photogenic friends for help on how to present better on apps and get back out there.
Yikessss this makes me think you don’t look good in person and only photograph well….
In the law school library more than 40 years ago, now entering the grandparent soon to retire phase, still going strong and we both still love to read, though no more law school texts...
