Hey everyone - I could do with some advice. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I am having a hard time getting interview calls. I am trying to pivot from consulting to the industry and targeting project/program management roles. I have been doing this work for 7+ years now (total YOE 12 years) so certainly have the right skillset. I have tried a couple of referrals too but that didn’t help either. What are peoples opinions on work from home? It seems to be an unpopular opinion but as a junior I despise it. I work 3 feet from my bed, I find the barriers of a phone/email between me and a senior to add a huge amount of stress to my life and I think it’s stunting my career development at my firm because I can’t build relationships as effectively. I’ve never at all had mental health issues before but now am really starting to feel burnt out and anxious most of the time. What do you think?

One condition states that he must remain in good standing with the company even after the 3 year vesting period to receive distributions. Is that atypical?

What does it mean if there’s a NEP at the firm who’s been there for a long time (20+ years), but never got promoted to EP? Never held leadership roles too. Does it usually mean EPs does not like the NEP enough to get promoted?

The NEP has a book of business, though no idea how much it brings in.
