I am currently working in big4 audit as a manager (20 LPA CTC), my wife is in a tax role in diff big 4, same CTC.

We have a Canada PR but are not getting jobs from here so will have to go there and apply. Average salary will be around CAD 80000-85000.

I have a job offer in NZ for 85000 NZD. My wife will be able to work, but will have to go there and find a job.

We are confused what to do, as she feels it will be harder to get a tax job in NZ. Looking for any advice.

I've offer from other company to join at 11.2 LPA. But TCS offered me a onsite travel for Mexico. I'm working as a system engineer there. I need some help in making a right decision. I don't know how much I'll be making at TCS Mexico and my family being living in India.

I joined tcs 3 months back and now i got an offer from deloitte with close to 80% hike in ctc. Any reviews what will be the effect in future if i switch now or should i stay back.

I hate consulting. The majority of consulting is a mix of coming up with bs using business doublespeak, office politics, building slides, boasting about the experience you claim you have, and being “proactive” on email to let people think you’re busy doing all these great things when it’s not.

Just 6 more months until I can resign and not pay back the sign on bonus 👏🏻👏🏻

I am Just Curious to know ... Can highest paid people tell what is the Highest package one is getting along with Years of Experience and Technology/Role..Just curious how much is the limit because you know I have seen till 26 - 27 lpa CTC people are saying but not above that.

I joined HCL last week and they initiated post joining background verification. I worked for a small startup for 5 months which do have only 10 employees in the past and didn't deducting anything for pf or TDS, also they didn't provided any TDS. Now, HCl background verification team is asking for form 16, i already told them that i don't have form 16 for that startup, now they send me one statement of fact and ask it fill that why I don't have form 16? Are they going to resicnd my offer?
