Whew I used to work as a home health nurse and when they said old people will forget everything but racism that sh*t is true!! The amount of times I got hard r'd, had older men say insane things to me about my skin color or my childbearing abilities. Chile I could write a book. Anybody else dealt with this? Especially with folks who are losing their memory? So glad I left and never looked back but to this day I think about it!

I would love to get into provider credentialing, but all employers I've looked at want at least 3 years of experience. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.

Leadership only promotes people who kiss ass the most qho have no managerial experience and pass people who actually have experience in a manager role. Leadership never helps you with anything. Why do recruiters never tell you which agency they want to talk to you about until they get you on the phone? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time and it would be helpful to know this info from the initial outreach.
