I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing. Been on a project for 2 weeks and thinking it’s not for me. The manager is kind of rude when I ask for help/direction, but he always says to ask if things are uncertain. He always has this condescending attitude and just keeps telling me that he expects more of someone at my level, C.
