Choosing a firm based on criteria like this is dumb. The firms with the best perks are going to work you harder and/or expect you to be in the office more. That’s how they pay for the perks.
But if I’m working harder anyway, the perks sure do help

Kirkland and Latham, I’m sure. Does STB have a Boston office?
Subject Expert
STB Boston is in a flex space right now.
Choate has almost free daily meals (I.e. mentorship meals) but I’d say it rounds out closer to 3ish lunches per week. Always extra catering to snag though.
K&E definitely beats us on this front and so does Ropes.
Essentially you can grab meals with anyone senior to you that you work with almost everyday, but you need to keep it to 2-3 times a week and switch up the people.
Basically just a restriction against those in the same class year grabbing lunch everyday with each other.
I have heard that Kirkland and Skadden offer free lunches. Someone above said Latham - I recently toured their Boston office but wasn’t impressed. They don’t even have a cafeteria (and personally I’m just not a fan of their hoteling model). There was a building gym, but eh gotta share it with the whole building not just the office.

Why not a fan? Isn’t that basically free WFH?
Does Kirkland NY have free lunch?
Yeah. Free lunch and free breakfast
Most of the Boston offices are (other than the traditionally large ones, like Ropes/Wilmer/Goodwin) are going to be too small to offer their own dedicated amenities like a cafeteria, gym, etc.
GT Boston has free breakfast on Wednesdays.
Ropes has free lunch on Wednesdays in the cafeteria.
