I personally have the Amex plat. I travel delta almost exclusively and the delta lounge access does it for me. CSR is great though.

CSR most likely.

Getting my sister and her fiance a trip to the Caribbean in January as an engagement gift. Looking for a nice island with all inclusive options (so they don't have to go out of pocket). Evaluating a job offer (yay!) I have 8 years of HR experience, no college degree, and no HR certification. Titles held have been HR Specialist, HR Administrator, HR Generalist, Associate HR Manager, and most recently, HR Director for only four months (toxic). Geographically speaking, salaries are not very high. I was offered $45k in an hourly role as a site HR rep for a hotel with about 50 employees in a bustling college town. Should I try to negotiate more pay? Any input is appreciated.

I joined consulting before covid and really enjoyed the lifestyle (travel, events, socializing, afterworks). I’m young and it was a lot of fun. Now this lifestyle has been gone for two years and the only lifestyle is teams calls. I feel..bored? But bored is not the word. What do y’all do outside of work, during the week? My weekends are fun but my week is just work and teams calls… I’m 22 and I don’t wanna stay at home all day!!!! I wanna see the world

I recently moved to Sweden to work as a consultant. But I'm facing problems with all documents issuing processes, that take too long, and without all the documents I can't open a bank account to receive my salary. I'm starting to freak out about this. It seems it's a common situation for foreigners but most consultant companies don't do much for help us - I know some people that only received their salaries after 3 months. As I'm too stressed about it, I can't sleep well and focus at work...

Anyone else ever feel like a completely inadequate consultant? I'm struggling with performance quality on this project because I just feel dumb and it demotivates me to really strive to improve. Possibly also impacted by burnout because I performed well on other engagements and enjoyed my teams more. Just not sure where to go from here to get where I need to be.
