Accenture is at the top for sure, great people and culture. If you’d like to come aboard, I’m happy to connect and provide a referral. I’m in the Salesforce business group also.
SPL 1 - WLB is good if you know how to set limits. I average 40-50 hours a week. Travel is non-existent right now. Your recruiter will tell you up to 75% but it'll be way lower. Most projects (pre-covid) go on site for kick off and go live, and everyone is wfh in between. Considering most of our projects are 12-18 months, it's really minimal.

Accenture, Deloitte, PWC, Slalom to name a few. Check out the Forrester report and AppExchange for a more comprehensive list of the different partners. It all varies on what you define as best too.
If you’re looking for a specific firm that specializes, for example, Revenue Cloud and integrations with other back office systems - Neocol, Spaulding Ridge, A5 or Uptima are options worth exploring. I would avoid body shops that staff augmentation are more common such as Infosys, TCS, Wipro.
I've been in the SFDC practice in other large firms, boutiques and start ups. Accenture is my favorite, the pay is competitive, the projects are interesting, my team knows their shit, and my WLB is manageable.
Depends what you consider the best. None are perfect. One will always pay more, have better work life balance, have better projects, leaders etc. Then in a year it all could switch. Slalom has done a great job attracting Salesforce Industries talent. Out of all the consultants I have tried to headhunt, they seem to offer the best package. I'm unsure what their project pipeline looks like, but seem to be positioned well for SFI
Pwc has been grabbing people left and right. Anyone know if it's worth making the switch?
