How do you all deal with the guilt of leaving a comany/ team? I have been working at Microsoft for 1 year now, and seriously considering moving. I find the code base to be very legacy and I mostly work on obscure bugs that I spend so much time on, mostly due to navigating this large code base and not having much docs to refer to. Hence I find the job slightly unsatisfying, and that I could learn more elsewhere. However, I love the wlb, the team and company culture. The guilt stops my applying.

Hi folksCognizantDXC Technology I have 15 years of experience in Cognizant..joined as PAT and rose thru the ranks to be SM..in recent years, bad policies at org level and increasing attrition has been breaking me personally and professionally. Got an offer from DXC with Accenture also in pipeline. Both roles are kinda individual contributor roles (very less mgmt part) which I like (Domain role).. pls advise - is it advisable to join DXC at this point? I get 23.5 CTC - how much to ask for?

Customer Success generally aligns with sales and the corresponding pressure of targets and steep goals. You might end up doing a lot of things but never really learn anything. Being a Business Analyst at least will give you more hands on experience either technically or in a particular domain.
So unless you want to be in sales BA would be a better choice.
From personal experience a BA can do sales if given time but it's a steep curve for a sales guy to do anything else.
Any idea from where to start a BA career as I'm looking to start a new journey I've been into customer service for the past 4 yrs and I can relate to what you said..I tried looking for BA roles but experience is required in that field..I'm actually blank now.. please guide if possible.
