Scrum Master Certification question:
Out of these certifications:
1. CSM
2. PSM
3. DASSM
Which one teaches you the most/preps/gives you the qualifications you need the most for getting into big tech companies? I’m mainly wondering about the reputation of each certifications and how they compare to each other.
Do any of these certifications help when transitioning into Product Manager role in the future?
Lastly, what are the pros/cons of being a Program vs Product Mngr in re: TC, Rep, etc.?Google Amazon Microsoft

Hey eveyone, what are things I can do to increase my odds of getting hired Google (Internship)?
2 weeks back I applied for the Business Internship for 2022.
Meanwhile I was trying to connect with team mates who are working in the specific location I applied through LinkedIn. I emailed a guy asked can I ask him some questions, he said yes he is happy to. But after I sent the questions no reply, it's been almost a week.
My Resume and LinkedIn is massively improved, thinking what else can I do?

Oh so you got two job offers? Nice! If not, pretty low chances you come in as a PM with only 1 year of PM experience.
Overall, PM is more valued at the company (like any other SWE/Eng roles in general) than Strat&Ops which is more a busienss role (non-tech).
