Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .
Thanks

Manager to Director, 150 -> 210. That was the point where I could make a budget, stick to it, and still have enough left over to not worry about big purchases.
I’ve only had one jump so far. 65k -> 120k. I think the coolest part is now being able to pick up the dinner tab for my retired parents without worrying if I’ll make rent.
150k=>225k
The difference between comfortable and total freedom.
No big jumps but steady increase from 70k to 130k over 4 years, while living in my mother's basement the whole time
0 to £36K a year. I stopped crashing on friend’s couches and got my own (shared) place.
So far, none of them. Had a substantial jump when I moved from Ohio to northern Virginia, but my rent more than doubled so it ate a lot of the gain. My lifestyle’s been pretty consistent since I joined the workforce.
Surprisingly the first big jump I ever got. 30k to 60k. I was able to support a small house and mortgage finally when I couldn’t dream of it on first (actually got my mortgage on the first salary and had the loan officer tell me I should get a better job to support it.) I doubled my salary within the last few years (after 2020) 100 to 200, and honestly it doesn’t feel as impactful as that first big jump. Inflation and cost of living increases have trashed everything and I don’t know how I would afford anything if I stayed at my last job.
$50k to $85k in 2019 after I graduated undergrad school.
120 to 200
40k in Asia (prob equivalent to 60 or 70k in US) to 160k in US. I used to budget hard just to have an emergency fund. Now I can save the same amount I saved in a year in just a couple of months. My lifestyle hasn’t changed enormously but I definitely don’t hesitate to buy things that would make my life more comfortable or bring me joy.
Probably from SC to M for me. $90K to $150K
52.5k to 155k
145k to 175k
I went from 32k to 107k (plus bonuses) and then was laid off, so unemployment is about 450/wk.
Both jumps have been fairly impactful.
Most meaningful was $80k to $130k. Least meaningful was $400k to $500k
Seriously
94 to 118 to 142 to 170 in a year.
70 to 140k in 1 year (top mba effect)
$58k to $85k was a good bump, but going from $94k to $160k was actually life changing for me
125k to $160k felt insane.
