Generalist might be hard but you have a good shot as an experienced hire into a practice. For an experienced hire to come in as an associate I think it's 5+ years of experience

During your 3 YOE at T2, I presume you were promoted to the post MBA role or were right about to be at the 3 year mark? Plus another year of experience at f500. I think you’d have a shot to network and get an interview but cold apply may not

Without an MBA, very unlikely. More likely if you’re currently in the consulting role, but still very unlikely. MBB will usually down title people even with an MBA, so you’ll need to make manager to have a realistic shot imo.
