I hope this isn't taken the wrong way but I never understood wanting to remain in an administrative position even with a bachelor's degree. Please don't get me wrong; there's a lot one can do with an administrative background - in fact, it's a good place to understand the organization or company and build on your skills and grow. Administrative positions are essential in any organization.
Anyone who has worked hard and taken the time, effort and expense to further their education and has an administrative background is usually a top-tier candidate for any position.
No offense taken. Low stress. I get paid exceptionally well. I have good benefits. My partner and I are comfortable. I work my hours and then enjoy my life with friends and family off the clock. This is why I stay where I am and plan to retire doing this. I’m considering another degree because I like learning.

I got an MBA with a focus in business management and a soft focus in finance. I went with that because if I did want to pivot, I felt it was broad enough that I could go many directions.
I don't have another degree, but I have taken courses in accounting and human resources to expand my knowledge and be open to those offices as well.
I have my MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology that I received of May of this year. I pursued it with the intentions of going into an EA management role or HR, but this job market is terrible and to be honest if I was going to pursue a degree I should have went with an MBA with an emphasis in I/O since I still have an interest.
Unfortunately I’m still running on the EA hamster wheel
