So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit). I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role.
