Anyone from MBB office the Netherlands?
Bain & Company Atlanta people! I’m in the process of applying for MBA programs and wanted to ask what recruiting is like for MBB from Emorys program? Is there a reasonable shot at getting into the Atlanta office from Emory, or are those openings primarily filled by other schools (Duke, UVA, etc.)

As a non-S&O person at Deloitte, I can comfortably say that MBB does not have a monopoly on douches behavior.
They don't
I like the recent comment from a McKinsey guy " well we know he didn't go to Harvard, because he worked a Deloitte"
I think it's more a McKinsey thing than MBB tho. Bain and Bcg filter out assholes.
I know a healthy amount of dbags at all firms. Nothing especially douchy about any particular firm...
Isn't this post by definition "being a douche bag" and judging?
Every classmate I know who went to McKinsey are people I hated/strongly disliked in school. Not true for Bain and BCG though. Just my perception.
I think there's a loud minority of people at MBB who are heavily dependent on external validation and who try to make themselves feel better than others to hide their insecurities
Always flying first class goes to our heads. /s
There are douche bags everywhere, and perhaps we get a marginally higher proportion. But also were a generally quiet bunch, the douches will self select themselves by making douchey remarks and reminding everyone loudly that they work for ua
D3 who's comment are you referring too? These are all opinion they aren't backed by data they are back by perception. I personally haven't had an issue yet during a group conversation before I posted EVERYONE said they are douche bags, group of 7 people.

This is some fun D on D action. 🍿🍿🍿🍿
I don't know why you are talking about this. Your argument is logically flawed. Analyze everyone working for three firms to arrive at a single conclusion?
Gosh, either you crunched lot of numbers or you spent two seconds thinking.
D4 so true- but his honest curiosity
This was honest curiosity
I agree it was douchey

M2 honest statement - I like it. I can tell you I work in Deloitte's Strat practice- full of D-bags
