Any book recommendations?
My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

It is! Southwest is the best airline in so many ways
I fly southwest all the time and when I have to rough it on delta, united, or god forbid American I'm always so appalled how long it takes for boarding and getting off the plane and also how pissy everyone is
@D6 really going for making us look bad tonight I see
^ when all else fails correct grammar amirite?
Southwest is a great airline and Rapid Rewards is a great program...but for business travel I find I'm often running late to get to the airport and i dont have time to wait in line at the gate and fight for a decent seat
You can use the RR points to by tickets on other airlines for international destinations. But I'm happy the snotty business people don't fly it. During the early morning flights it's almost never full I'm 1-15 to board get my spot and sleep or watch tv. 150 flights and maybe 5 were delayed most for in early
Yes D2 but the people on southwest are also not poor.
Love SWA mostly because their customer service blows the other airlines out of the water. Flown them all year and never seen anyone applauding after landing. First class domestic is overrated. I get tons of free drink coupons in the mail anyway for SWA
Entitlement from lack of first class and perceived superiority is why people in here don't fly SW. Refer to Deloitte douchebag 1, 2, 3, or 4 for examples,
I mean Jesus how are you tying airline choice to political beliefs?
I use to fly United, a round trip cost me 50k miles typically because the one way 12.5k flights were always crappy times. SW, usually 10k points roundtrip. I get several free SW flights in the time I use to get one free United flight
@D6 has an inferiority complex. Clearly. That's probably a big word for you so I'll give you time to Google it. Way to perpetuate D's douchebag reputation on FB.
Checked bags free, free booze mostly, and no change fees makes Southwest a truly differentiated experience.
Love Southwest!! I fly with them whenever possible!!
^ not exactly true. Even 1st year out of undergrad, consultants make more than avg US income. And I would consider avg US income pretty poor
Yes you can use RR points for international flights on other airlines I've done it
I hate liberals
Actually, you can transfer the points from SW to other airlines to buy international flights
I mean what's the benefit of being upgraded... a drink and a wider seat? I fit into regular seats fine and prefer snagging SW row 1 with double the leg room
I have disdain for rude assholes who can't see viewpoints other than their own
@D6 haha, hilarious. You're an embarrassment to your firm. I feel bad for the upstanding Deloitte consultants reading your comments. They reflect terribly on all of your peers. Advice for you, take your analyst ass to bed. You have a lot of copies to make tomorrow. You need to be fresh.
Really like this rewards program. I earned the companion pass after only five months of travel with all of the fall promotions - and I'm already using it!
