Why do the Hr's don't have the courtesy to inform the candidate if they have not cleared the round instead they make some lame excuse and give them hope. Happened with me 2 times now and that too after final round interviews. Anyone with same experience?

I have interviewed for 2 technical rounds for the position of Cyber Threat Intelligence with the India Director and Global CISO. Both the rounds have been good. My notice period ends in 2 weeks.

How much salary should I expect? How much should I quote for negotiation?

I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? Would a Case Managers make more an hour bc of their leadership decisions & caseload they are responsible for? In Indeed the ranges for salary varied. What would you negotiate for in NW Ohio area?

I faked my resume I mean my contracting firm did and I didn’t have choice and I got the job. Now my client wants to offer me a full time position. Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I spent a year in tax investigations where I believe I was thriving ( I was going to be an assistant manager in July 2023), I had a lot of assistant manager jobs, I even drafted a Code 9 report to HMRC which my manager said was 80% of an actual report, he then added the 20% and submitted it.
After I realised I couldn't maintain all the unpaid overtime I was working I decided to take a turn and go to compliance, so now I work in CT compliance. I feel very surpressed.

I was planning to decline a job offer at McKinsey and before I could email he called and asked for final decision and I said I cannot join due to a personal reason, which is the case in reality and just mention I was about to drop an email and apologised for the inconvenience.
