22 days + 12 or so holidays at PwC. The issue is not the number of days, but whether or not you can use them…
This!!! I’ve never felt I didn’t have enough PTO at PwC cause I never used all my PTO except when I went on maternity leave. Also unlimited sick leave so if my kid was sick or something I would use a sick day…
5 weeks at Deloitte.
Except California where you can roll all of it.

Unlimited vacation means limited vacation. I know firsthand
You’re allowed to go negative so you could still take the vacation before you actually accrue it
KPMG is 20 PTO; 2 full week company shutdowns for 4th of July & Christmas/NYE; and an additional few holidays. B4 has very solid PTO vs a lot of corporate jobs. As stated before, problem has never really been the amount of PTO but the ability to use it all.
Also unlimited PTO isn’t as glamorous as you think. It’s a way for companies to not have to payout unused vacation time when people leave. Realistically people with unlimited PTO aren’t really taking that much more time off then those without (at least in most public accounting firms).
how many days do Managers accrue at other big4?
20 PTO days at kpmg and two firm shut downs. t
If we take 5 days of pto in a row we get $250 bonus. Can do it 4 times a year.
D3 yep
176 hours at PwC
22 days of PTO
15 days of holiday
Unlimited sick time
RSM is unlimited when you get to senior too. I’m prob at around 30 days lol if ima bust my ass during peak times ima bust this mojito at the beach during summer times
Unlimited PTO never means unlimited. Plus when you have unlimited nobody really knows how much they should take. As a result studies show that people take less PTO then if they had limited. Big companies pay out a lot every year when people quit due to PTO payout. With unlimited PTO the company always win. There are some people who take the same PTO when they would before the new policy but the new people to the firm people have no reference
yes, no reference is a huge problem. why must partners screw its employees so hard?

Unlimited for salaried folks at CLA. I’m hourly, so I only get 15. I originally thought that was too little, but it’s November and I still have like 5-6 days to use and I don’t really have plans to do so. I just love my job too damn much. It’s my PTOF (Paid Time Off Life)
Unlimited PTO at GT. We also get 40 hours/year to volunteer that counts toward utilization, and sick time. DM for referral.
