Why does it feel like some hiring managers already know who they’re picking but still interview five extra people to cover their tracks? It’s such a weird feeling walking out of a room thinking the job was never actually open to begin with.

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.

Is it true for Assoc 602 level who hasn't completed one year, can't have S. My managers(functional and local) gave this reason for my OOO?
