In two interviews the interviewer asks me about one topic which I know theoretically and some practical. I directly said to the interviewer that I am not an expert in that, but if I get my hands on it then I can learn in one day.

After asking two questions again he came on the same topic this happens twice in two interviews. Mere ko lag raha hey Jaan bujhke questions same topic pe puchte hey, so that they don't select that candidate.

I have successfully cleared the Skill 1 and Skill 2 interview rounds and was now expecting that the next would be the HR round.
I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.
Skill 1: Pure Technical
Skill 2: Semi Technical + Managerial

What you I be expecting in this third round?

We talked then I sent him recommendation letters from my previous employers. He said that I should have an answer from them this week whether I get an offer or not. Why do many associates at top tier firms stay to make Partner when they can go in-house in tech and make around the same, even long term? For example, you can make near 400-550k in-house at Google, Netflix, FB with 8-10 years of exp. More senior than that in-house, it can easily break $1M.
