Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

Hey, I have 4 YOE and currently a manager at PwC and have been managing teams for a little over a year now. My role mainly consists of leading teams of engineers deliver MVPs to our clients.
If I wanted to exit to Google or Facebook (Meta) what role would align for me? I was looking at engineering manager roles but unsure if that’s too senior for me.

Yah, makes sense to me OP it’d just be easy to get into five of the most successful companies of the last 20 years.
It is pretty easy to crack IMO. No coding experience here but offers 🙋♂️
Mck 1- you’re getting offers as technical product manager with zero programming/ product background? Or you’re getting FAANG strategy and ops offers?
You don't need coding for every TPM position. It's really the soft and leadership skills they're looking for. They want to see if you are good at leading without authority.
