Role 1.
-95k base, no bonus, better benefits.
-Booz Allen Hamilton
-Senior Consultant.
-Similar position to now, better progression.

Role 2.
-95k base, 16% bonus, good benefits.
-National grocery chain.
-Slightly different role: more admin / training others / governance / custom coding connectors, etc.

Hi, I have an offer of 22 lakh (YOE: 8) from Temenos, my skillsets are AWS and Azure cloud platform (IaaS and PaaS) and devops. My visa to Canada is initiated and I have been told that I can travel immediately once I get the visa. My spouse works in SAP labs, he too has got the work permit initiated to canada and his current CTC is 30lpa with 11 YOE. Which would be a better option in terms of savings and opportunities? 5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Curious as to how many deals at once is typical for a first year associate to take on (M&A, mostly private equity clients).
