This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

See, like all big orgs, it varies from project to project. In my project, WLB is good, although the quality of work is not. Overall I can say it's good, but if you are coming from IBM (like me) you might see some differences, like in the leave policy.

correct leave policy is okay..and the work culture too. I am working for client side and this client is not good because this is support project. I heard that TechM is having support projects only. So it means you will find this kinda situation everywhere as support needs monitoring, support project needs instant changes (any development or anything), so it is worst. Plus once you join TechM, and you have any sudden query to ask HR or any other support person then Contact number is not getting provided. You have to do email for everything. In case you get then also no one will answer you quickly. They don’t provide joining kit..as it depends on their mood (I think) as I mailed my HR asking for joining kit and I got to know it is on hold now! Now it’s been 6 months still it’s on hold! lol. I am coming from Wipro and Wipro is best in terms of all these things plus project wise too

WLB depends on Project in any service based company including TechM. I felt no issues with culture inTechM. I observed that there will be strict no bench policy so they will rush u with multiple opportunities available when ur out of project. Best thing is variable pay paid 100% monthly in billable projects.
