And to answer your question, the first thing I look for in a candidate is what they’ve done recently. If it’s “a bunch of emails no one reads” that won’t look great.
It isn’t the end-all-be-all. But we are what we consistently do. If you used to make great work, then something changed you you don’t anymore, it makes me wonder if you’ll return to making great work with me.
High salary = demand is low (few people want to do it) or supply is low (few people can do it.)

It's short term thinking: you'll get more money now, but yes it will kill your career. Which means you'll get less money in the long run.
I wouldn’t. Stay ATL as long as you can.
Look. It’s not impossible to come back from. But most likely you’ll have to work a lot harder, longer to do so. And definitely will have to make a lateral move back. Just make sure you keep your connections.
Just looking at the agency you are from would make me say no. Think twice
