I’m going to send my child to India and let him have it out with the wolves of IIT applicants. At least he’ll have major survival learning from that experience. USA is too easy on these buggers.

Teach them to save, to study to focus. Tell them choosing a career that will pay their bills is important, but don’t do a deadline. A lot of stuff is out of your control income wise.

You make the millions so they don't have to earn to survive :p.
Having said that they need to learn the value of money from a very young age. So even if they setup a lemonade store at 10 years old and work hard to even earn $250 over the summer that's equivalent to 250,000 at 25 in terms of Learning. Wealth building is a habit that you need to inculcate early. Get them into good habits and financial education early and you don't need to worry about them earning money later in life. If they get into bad habits, even if they earn 200K their net worth will be much lesser because they will spend it all on liabilities so real earning will be 50K or 60K.

Yes it’s too much and can’t believe you actually have a thought like this. But op, instead teach them life skills. By 25, they should know how to cook the basics, teach them finances, teach them basics of dating skills if they don’t have any and then it will be autopilot.
