Same with me, you’re not alone. I don’t have a solution though, sorry. All my doctor keeps saying is ginger, citrus, peppermint, etc. like b*tch that’s not helpful cause I tried it all
There are a lot of posts around this. I’ve tried to comment on most with my thoughts because I have so much empathy for NAV.
There was one where I outlined medical intervention and the steps a Dr usually takes if you keep bringing up how bad it is. My recommendation? medication. I tried to fight through it in my first pregnancy and it led to depression. When it’s bad, it’s bad. For some women it will go away around 14-16 weeks but for a lucky few it will stick around the entire pregnancy. My second and third kids I used Bonjesta and Zofran and would highly recommend them both. Bonjesta at night, zofran during the day.
Hang in there. Pregnancy can be really really tough.
Thank you ladies! It’s at least helpful to know I’m not alone

I take unisom at night to help me stay asleep (no problem falling asleep but struggle to stay asleep) and then I find it helps with nausea the next day. Not sure if switching to taking at night would help you?
