With everything going on at work lately, I find myself wondering if people genuinely feel optimistic about things improving or if we’re all just adjusting to a new normal of constant change and pressure. Do you think things at your company will actually get better, or is this as good as it gets for now?

I don't see a lot of optimism, to be honest. It seems like this year could be difficult, and most people seem interested in just keeping their heads down and getting their work done. We don't have a panic about layoffs, but I'm sure a lot of people have real worries about that. The economy just seems pretty chaotic and there's no reason to expect things to calm down.

It’s the same at my company!

Less optimism given the Middle East situation now.
